Edgartown Books also offers an impressive variety of notebooks, journals and other items locally made on Martha’s Vineyard, such as hand-drawn and photography cards and calendars, old-school postcards, and illustrated maps and prints.
Our extensive local history book section ranges from the Martha’s Vineyard African American Trail to Wampagnoag culture, fishing and whaling, coffee table books on flora and fauna, design, architecture and Vineyard style and arts, maps and guides. And don’t forget books about the iconic movie “Jaws”, filmed right here on Martha’s Vineyard!

Edgartown Books is proud to participate in the Cape & Islands Bookstore Trail.
Every year, the trail launches on Independent Bookstore Day (the last Saturday in April) and ends on the last day of Banned Books Week (usually in September or October).
