We value your support and hope you enjoy every book you purchase from us. However, we understand sometimes a return may be necessary. Below is our return policy to help guide you through the process.
General Guidelines
· Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, with the original receipt.
· Books must be in their original, unread, and resalable condition.
· We offer store credit or exchanges only—no cash refunds. Sorry.
Store Credit
· Store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase in our bookstore.
· Please keep your store credit receipt, as we do not maintain records of issued credit. Treat it like cash.
Exceptions
· Special order books and personalized items are non-returnable.
· If you receive a wrong or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
· If returning items via mail, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
· We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Books Without a Receipt
· Returns without a receipt may be approved for exchange or store credit at the manager's discretion and will be based on the current value of the book.
