Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Please return the item with the purchase or gift receipt within 30 days of purchase.
  • Item must be in new, unused condition.
  • We give store credit only - sorry, no refunds.
  • You may use the store credit now towards an exchange or you may return later with the store credit receipt. The store credit does not expire. We do not keep a record of the credit so please keep your receipt. Treat it as cash.
  • Without a receipt, a return must be approved for exchange or store credit at the manager's discretion and only at the current value of the item. 
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend you return your item(s) using an insured and traceable method. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
  • Special order items that are not usually carried by the store and have been ordered specifically at your request may not be returned. 
  • If you receive your order and find an item to be missing, incorrect or damaged please contact the store within 7 days, so that we may address and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
